A traffic law has been amended and goes into effect Jan 1. The present law requiring drivers on 4 ln roads to move over or slow down when there’s an emergency vehicle on the shoulder is amended to require the same if there’s a disabled car on the shoulder with hazards on or there’s a person there. I’ve had a lot of clients that got tickets for this under the previous stat. Be aware.
