About Thomas F. Rosenblum

An eye-opening experience awaited him when he interned at the prestigious Jacksonville State Attorney’s Office during the summer between his 2nd and 3rd year of law school, exposing him to the captivating realm of criminal law.

Life After Law School

After graduating from law school, he embarked on an impactful career as an Assistant State Attorney (ASA) with the esteemed Duval County State Attorney’s Office. The experiences gained during his tenure as an ASA are vast and beyond quantification. Typically, ASAs begin handling misdemeanors before advancing to the prosecution of felony cases. In this crucial role, he delved into thousands of arrest and booking reports, collaborating with a diverse array of defense attorneys, public defenders, and judges.

Additionally, he worked hand-in-hand with the members of the Sheriffs Office and Highway Patrol Troopers, who served as indispensable witnesses for the State. Spearheading countless plea negotiations, conducting thorough legal research, powerfully arguing legal motions, and overseeing jury trials were all part of Mr. Rosenblum’s impactful contributions as an ASA.

Leaving the State Attorney’s Office

Leaving behind his role at the State Attorney’s Office, Mr. Rosenblum briefly worked at a law firm before embarking on his journey as a solo practitioner. While in his own law practice, Mr. Rosenblum represented clients in criminal and traffic, family, bankruptcy, debtor/creditor, and landlord/tenant legal matters. About nine years ago, Mr. Rosenblum began representing commercial drivers on traffic matters in various Florida counties.

This specialization enabled him to gain an in-depth understanding of CDL holders, company safety directors, and relevant federal laws, ultimately culminating in the deepening of his knowledge and expertise. Today, Mr. Rosenblum is widely respected as a top defender of CDL drivers and has assisted clients across 60 different counties in Florida.
